This is my little black dress that I will be wearing to the wedding next weekend (I will be wearing a little jacket with the dress). It may not seem that little but it is for me. Especially if you compare it to the clothes I have been wearing the past few years. I took the picture to show my mom the shoes. I just picked those up today. I think they will work. My husband wanted to come shopping with me. Not the most fun I could have had. I picked up some really tall heels and he said "that is a broken ankle waiting to happen" - dude, I just picked them up to look at them. Then another pair I heard "are you trying to be six and a half feet tall?" I would much rather shop with best bud or alone. However, halloween costume shopping with him was sort of fun.Hope you all have a great week!!

I think you look great! I am new to your blog but just read a bunch of it and I totally identified with your story in the previous post. Only the hurtful comment came from my 6 year old daughter. Killed me inside, and made me realize that I need to do something NOW.
