Just for fun...

I am the fat one.....the pretty blond is best bud.

I came across some old pictures. Man, sometimes I forget how much I have changed. It just makes me laugh to look back. The times were fun but if I could go back at my current size I bet they would be even better. But I will never go back to that size. And to ensure that does not happen I am off for my second workout of the day.
It is so freakin cold here. On Saturdays I usually just walk the dogs before working out instead of running but I had to run just to stay warm (I also had to try to avoid the little bits of ice on the sidewalk so I do not fall and break my face). Hope you all are warm and cozy!

I am seriously inspired.

Although I am only 30 pounds down at this point, I, too, am vowing to never go back to my original size.

There is something to say about embarrassing photos of yourself. . . they are great motivators!

:)

Have a great weekend!

I hope that you have a great workout. That's a great attitude to have about not wanting to go back- but not only that, you're taking action by working out!

You may not have liked your weight in that first picture but you have a very pretty face. I'm impressed that you brave the cold to get your workout.
