Today is Onederful!!

I finally made it! I am in onederland. Not by much, but I am there. I did the 1200 calories diet for 10 days and exercised alot and only saw 1.5 pound loss. I was pissed. Yesterday I was soooo mad. I took it out on exercise. I also got super crabby with my trainer.

Warning: this next section contains TMI!! Since changing my diet, I am having intestinal problems. Okay - I cannot pooh. It is making me super crabby. Therefor, I wanted him to change my diet. He thinks the diet is fine. I went to the gym early today for body fat measurements and a workout. Well last night I took some meds to help me with my problem. I woke up in great pain and no relief to my problem. When I got to the gym and saw my trainer I told him I hated him for putting my on this diet because my body was in pain and that we had to change it (we are very friendly and say things like this all the time). He told me I had to change my attitude or he was not going to train me anymore. I told him we had to change the diet and he turned around and walked out. I asked him to stop, that I needed his help and he just kept on walking.

So I returned home. I was going to go to the park and walk but I need to get ready for a party (and be near a potty). I sent him a text and apologized and wished him well in life. Now here I am. I guess I no longer have a trainer. Not sure what I will do now exactly but for now that will save me some money. Silver linings.

I will appreciate my loss and hope that next week will bring more. I may follow the Biggest Loser diet plan. I have the book I just need to finish reading it. Hope you all have a super week!

Congrats!! I'm really happy for you.

BTW, I don't know what qualifications the trainer has, but most people know that diet has a direct impact on BM, unless it is something more serious. If he can't listen to his clients, then you are better off without him. You will find another trainer that listens AND rocks your world!!

Congratulations on making it to the 100's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, about your former trainer - that was unprofessional of him to walk out on you. You deserve a much better person who can take into consideration your issues - without making it personal. Sorry it didn't work out with him, but don't necessarily give up on personal trainers - there are a lot of great ones out there.

Welcome to Onderland!

And as for the trainer, pooh on him. (oh wait... that's the problem....)

Yay, congratulations on ONEderland! I'm so happy for you!

As for the trainer? Good grief, was that unprofessional. Your concerns were real and valid. That's not a good trainer, IMHO.

Again, congrats on onderland! That is absolutely fantastic!

Get a new trainer, he's clearly more interested in doing things his way than doing things in a way that your body can tolerate. Can I suggest using an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing on your salad for a few days? One hundred calories of olive oil won't kill you and might help 'move' stuff along.

WOW! Onederland!!! That is great! As for the trainer, I can't believe how unprofessional he was. You are paying for his time and he should have done what YOU wanted to do. When you are ready you will find another trainer.

Eating a diet high in protien will have the no BM affect. High protien diet is great to get weight off at first but not easy to sustain in the future and usually causes weight gain...trust me I know. I went throught the BM problem for about ten months and its totally not worth it. Get yourself a new trainer who knows a little more about nutrition. Congrats at your progress. If your still having BM problems get yourself some Green Tea not the premade stuff the tea bags...this used to help me alot.

Fuck that trainer! Any health advisor should be able to make adjustments if a patient is experiencing PHYSICAL PAIN. Now I'M mad!!

Good for you! You should be really proud of yourself.

Did I ever tell you my personal mantra? "Never Go Back"

A pound lost should stay lost! (It doesn't always work that way, but it should!)

Congratulations.

CONGRATS on the onederland! Awesome! As for that trainer - don't you pay him? WTF? So unprofessional. And, if you aren't feeling good from a diet he put you on, isn't it up to him to help you get better? You are paying him for your personal wellness, and one program doesn't fit all. Ew. Hope it doesn't take away from your milestone though!

ZOMG fuckin a one hundred and something ville!! personally 1.5 and 1200 calories doesn't compute but i know you worked very very hard for 10 days so i congratulate you..i just hope you're sneaking in a high calorie meal or day in there to shake up the metabolism. p.s.- you are hot!!

Wow, that is very unprofessional for your trainer to walk out on you like that. If you are having trouble pooping, then you need to change your diet - end of story. If he can't work with you on something like that, then you definitely need to find someone else!
Congrats on hitting Onederland!!!
If you haven't already, try to find SuperCleanse at your local vitamin shoppe. It's all natural, you can take it all the time, and it helps.
