Friday weigh-in. Big gain. I am up 4 pounds. I added in some calories to my diet. Guess I am still adjusting. I am not too ashamed. They are healthy calories. Although I do feel roly-poly. I am still exercising everyday. Maybe this is my "motivation" to stay on track (or pay closer attention to the track).
In related news, I made my first ever banana bread this week (thanks to a recipe from Best Bud). It is yummy (not low calorie)! My mom used to make it all the time. When I pulled it out of the oven, I was transported back to childhood. I guess this means in some way I am becoming my mother. Soon I will be buying all kinds of crappy workout equipment from infomercials. Hide the VISA cards!
Well I am off to body attack. Need to burn off a super delicious turkey burger I ate last night (I did not make it so I am sure it had fatty goodness to make it taste better). Hope you all have a super day!

You are FAR from being roly poly! lol You just need to adjust the calories. I never worry about you, cuz I know how focused you are! You rock my friend! :)
Are you getting your period?!?!?!?!? Seriousy, I wrote on Monday about how i was up 4 lbs, felt like an ox, yadda yadda nad guess what came on Tuesday morning?
The good news is that when the scale fluctuates in that upward direction...you know what to do to compensate! You're in good hands...you're own! Keep up the great work and inspiring others!
Banana bread sounds really weird!
When other people make delicious stuff it usually is cooked in fatty goodness!
I bet you don't look like a roly poly.
I hide my visa card....
When I was a kid, I was in this club that was like girl scouts and we'd do these demonstrations every year where we'd teach something. I baked banana bread one year. My mother made me make it like 500x. I have never made it again. LOL
Weight does fluctuate. Unless it keeps going up, I wouldn't worry about it.
I love banana bread! I prefer it more for dessert though as a sweet treat. Now you're making me want some!
body attack! hey there. i know i've been a non-blogger but i just updated my workouts. pics of the white dress will be up in about two weeks...wedding in 7!! i'll be back and working toward one-der-land soon!
They'll go....how many calories did you add in? Just a question..maintenance fascinates me...since I am no where near it lol.
Mmmm...Love Banana Bread!
Found a local baker who makes a wonderful honey banana bread...
Why did you have to say banana bread??? Now I'm gonna have to make it :D I'm sure you look great....perhaps it's that time of month. I'm sure you didn't add 3500 calories so it's probably nothing to worry about!
