I stepped on the scale and saw 176.4. So a net loss of 1.4 pounds from last week. Not bad unless I consider the fact the scale was lower the past two days. Oh well, still a loss (and a decent one).
I was thinking as I ran this morning (it didn't even hurt)....maybe this is my goal weight. I do not want to continually step on the scale and be a little disappointed. I am happy with where I am I just worry about numbers and weight gain when I get pregnant (no, not just yet). I do not want to ever get back over 200.
I have 3 weeks remaining of my P90X program. When it is done, that is my goal weight. Maybe my range should be 175-180 (since weight fluctuates I need a range). I will keep thinking about that I guess.
I have a wedding out of town tomorrow night so I will not be posting a recipe with pictures. I will try and post my favorite low-fat recipe tonight or tomorrow. I will still go to WW and do a double workout before I leave tomorrow and do a double today. I will keep trying to burn it off baby!
Enjoy your day! I am off to body attack.

You'll know when your at the right "goal weight", but I like the idea of a range and YOU LOOK GREAT in your picture. I'm new at this and reading your blog and seeing your pics is inspiring!
It's so hard to know what the right weight will be. Your body will tell you though.
I have a friend who is 5'4 and looks great at 145, but she always diets down to 125-130. The second she's done dieting....poof 145. I've told her a million times that is where her body wants to be.
I had a friend who was pregnant at the same time as I was, and she managed to gain only twenty pounds of weight she worked out, and ate right. She did not have any "I am eating for 2" moments that I had.
So if you just set you mind to it, and keep the working out and eating right wile pregnant it is very easy to only gain a reasonable amount. I just never did that=(
Whoohoo! Great job on the loss! :) You kick a**! lol
Yay! Congrats on the loss!
Thank you so much for the welcome back comment on my blog. I missed you and your optimism and awesomeness more than I really should.
You look absolutely fabulous in the pictures, and I think it's 100% fine if you want to declare where you are now your goal weight. You're very very close to what's technically supposed to be the normal BMI. But, we all know the normal BMI rules don't quite apply to athletes since muscle weight much more than fat. At this point, you're an athlete. You do all sorts of wacky racing badass athlete things. If you want to stay where you are, it sounds like a fine choice to me.
(That said, I don't mean to imply that going on a few more pounds is a poor choice. It seems like your body is still losing weight week to week, so I think it's both okay to keep shedding and okay to stop shedding.)
I think you are ont he right track about the goal weight thing. It's about where you feel the best.
Congrats on the loss. Have fun at the wedding.
You have talked alot about PX90 what kind of equipment does it take, how many days do you do the workouts. I have seen it on the web but I much prefer the opinion of someone whose opinion I respect :)
As for goal weight, find a weight you feel good at and you can maintain without feeling like you are still dieting. I'm not there yet but the people I know who are good at maintaining all picked a weight a bit above where they thought they wanted to be initially. I hear you on the not more than 200 ever again even while pregnant but you can always watch yourself while pregnant.
Keep up the good work and enjoy the wedding.
I say if you are comfortable with where you're at, then you're at your goal weight. :)
My body is obviously very comfortable where it is. It's a very healthy weight, so I'm happy. I just want to get a bit more toned and I'll be thrilled. I keep working at it. Yaay that you're being sensible about it all. :) You look fantastic in your pictures.
