Tis the Season for Gaining!

Yup. This is one gift Santa could have kept. 3 pounds. For real, yo. I do not have much to say about it except that I am treating it like an out of body experience. If it is still here in 2 weeks, I will worry more.

That said, I have noticed that some bloggers are...how do you say?....MIA. If any of you are still reading blogs, please come back!! I miss some of the snarky commentary (although there are some of you who are still blogging regularly that keep me giggling - so thank you!!!). This journey is rough this time of year. We all know that. I am hoping those MIA are just really busy. But even if you fell off the wagon, we are reaching out our hands to pull you back on.

I may have gained 3 pounds but I do not want it to turn into 30. So I will blab on and on about my bumps in the road and know it is only temporary (fingers crossed).

May your scales only be kind to you and show you love. May Santa visit your home with better gifts! I am off to workout! Burn, baby, burn.

I can relate... The past three days have not been good for me. I have been eating VERY poorly and the scales show it.

I am hoping to get back on the eating well bandwagon and shed the weight...

Good luck!

I may end up losing weight this season because I'm soooo behind on my shopping and wrapping that I don't have time to eat. LOL!

Maybe you could wear ankle weights and a weighted vest while shopping to get in some extra exercise-Just kidding!

I've been trying to mix up my workout routines to keep the old body guessing...but somedays I rather just crawl back in bed!

I know that I have been absent and I will be back:) Starting a new job is really crazy. I am doing ok with my eating...probably not 100% but that will change very quickly! :) Thanks for caring!

Loved this post! That 3 lbs is just a momnet in time. It will be gone by next week.

Burn baby!

This certainly is a very hard time of year! How about trying to ring in the new year with no guilty feelings about food? That would be wonderful!

Glad you aren't MIA. You will have that 3 gone soon enough.

It is a hectic time of year. I hope to get the decorating / cleaning done on Tuesday. Then I can chill for a bit. I hope.

I find Christmas is when blogs go quiet, then just after New Years, there is a fresh vigour for weight loss :D

And hey, you're one of the hardest working weight loss peeps I know. Those 3 lbs are a definite anomaly.

Blogging is directly proportional to how I'm doing with weight loss. If I'm not blogging, I'm probably not doing the right thing. I wonder how many others are like that.

No worries on the gain because it happens. Three steps forward, one step back!
