So today I went to the doc for my yearly physical. After waiting for 50 minutes I told them they had 20 minutes to get me out of there. My doc is awesome. It was the fastest physical ever! I only had to wait because so many other docs took off for extended holiday. What losers. The funny part was me sitting in my oh so fashionable paper gown and when she walked in, she noticed right away I had lost weight. I thought - "wow! this paper must be really flattering." I realized I must have lost weight in my face - bonus! I had to leave in order to make my workout with my trainer. I am less sore today so it was okay. Not the most enjoyable day I have had but it can always be worse.
In other random thoughts: is anyone else excited about the new season of Biggest Loser starting on Tuesday?

Great that you got a weight loss comment. Those are always so rewarding...even when wearing a paper gown :).
Right on about working with the trainer. Every session counts. And yes, new Biggest Loser, I am actually excited about it for the first time in a couple years (since I'm not going the opposite way finally)
The first time someone notices you've lost weight is always amazing. My first notice was a stranger who works in my office building. She mentioned it in the elevator. I was floating and it didn't involve cables.
I'm doing the Biggest Loser - actually 2 of them. The one that Angie at Angie All The Way runs and one at work (which will have a cash pot awarded to the top 3 losers).
Yes! I am because there are finally some women my size on there. They have been jerks about keeping the women on the smaller side of obese. It is like the men can be super obese but they had to keep the women smaller! I love the show and cry a lot because I sympathize with the contestants so much.
I totally agree about the biggest loser women being on the smaller side. I always thought that was a bit biased. This last season was sooo good with evil Vicky. I am so glad she did not win but she sure made it fun to watch. I am so excited to see how all these new folks do. Hopefully we will all have big losses to show with them.

Regarding the carrots... I bought them at Safeway. They have a section to buy individual carrots vs. already in a bag- I saw them out of the corner of my eye- Holy Carrot! They are usually bigger than the bagged carrots but this time they were out of control. Ha!
